Periferia Birpentsatuk, periferiako auzoetan espazio publikoa ber-bereganatuz, kultura garaikidea gerturatu nahi du.

Kultura bitartekaritza Eraberritzaile proiektu gisa, Periferia Birpentsatuk lankidetzan egindako arkitektura prozesua du oinarri. Uharteko herritik eta bere Arte Garaikide Zentrotik abiatuz , proiektuak berraktibatze bat proposatzen du, hausnartze urbanistiko baten bidez esku-hartze artistikoak eta kulturalak planteatuz, elkarren artean oso desberdinak diren Iruñeko periferiako hiru auzo edo herrietan –Uharte, Etxabakoitz eta Lezkairu-.

Proiektua 2017an hasi zen Uharten. Azpiegitura mugikorrak eraiki genituen, Totemak, helburua, kulturaren demokratizazioa zen. “Itsasargi” hauek, auzoetan, sorkuntza artistiko eta auto-ereikuntza lantegiak, proiekzioak eta topaketak antolatzeko balioko dute.

Proiektua, Uharteko Arte Garaikideko Zentroak eta Nafarroako Kutxa Fundazioaren eta La Caixa Fundazioaren Innova Cultural programak finantzatua da.
